These two women walking around the Great Lakes need to be remembered when we celebrate our water ceremonies. There is lots of respect for these women who travel great distances to bring knowledge to the people about the betterment of the water. That is a lot of miles to travel for something you believe in. These women represent all women who are water carriers throughout the world, Africa, South America, Nubians in Egypt.
